Students requesting to park their vehicles in the Cesar Chavez Academy High School parking lot must adhere to the following guidelines/regulations and pay the stated student parking fee.

Students are required to present the following documentation for all vehicles that will be using the CCAH parking lot.

1. A current valid driver’s license.
2. Proof of insurance.
3. Vehicle registration.
   

If the above documentation is current and correct a student parking permit will be issued for an annual fee of 10.00 dollars for each vehicle (1 car 10.00, 2 cars 20.00 etc,)

Parking permits must be placed on the rear window driver’s side and must be visible at all times.

•       Students must park in the section of the parking lot marked student parking.

•       Students are not allowed to occupy their vehicles at any time.

•       Students must maintain safe speeds when entering and exiting the parking lot.
•  
•      No careless or reckless driving in the parking lot.
• 
  
•       No loud music.   

Students who do not follow the above Parking Guidelines and Regulations will loose their parking lot privileges, and may be subject to having their vehicle ticketed or towed at the student’s expense. The 10.00 student parking fee will not be refunded.
